TRUE LOVE

Holiday shoesA little bit of what you fancy... today is a week since I've been home from holiday and I'm trying to prolong the experience as much as possible - today I found myself some quirky and fun pineapple shoes and I'm spraying my bedroom daily with coconut room spray  ... it's the little things that keep us excited about life and this is my way of putting out there that I'll be sunning myself again in the tropics real soon. Do something every day that makes you happy!!

The focus last week was on our legs and hips, with a lot of changes happening this year we can start worrying about what the future - this was strengthened from last week

 

New this week:

True love

True love was infused the whole way through the healing tonight - the session was a little longer than normal as spirit wanted more covered which was great. True love was seen as bring those true loves close to us - people, things, places - the things that make you happy. I also shone light on those who aren't good for us and who manipulate us to get their way. Shining light on people like this allows them to be seen for who they are are and helps everyone to move on!

 

Over the following few days/week

There was, again, a lot cleared this week so you may feel sleepy - that's ok! you may or may not have felt anything - just allow the changes to take place - if you can't feel anything don't worry!!
