EYES & CONFIDENCE

Today would have been my Nanas 104th birthday - she lived till she was 101 (almost 102!) - amazing aye!  I've seen her around a lot today and I've felt her love surround me. When people go their energy is still with us and I love that :) 

Over the last few weeks I've been talking about doing stuff for YOU - doing something each week to make yourself feel better - self love! So ... this week, as part of my self love, I got my hair chopped ... I'm feeling so much lighter with a shorter look - time for summer and shedding some of the old crap that holds all of us back! Have you been practicing self love?  Feel free to drop me a line each week and let me know what you've been doing - like a self check motivator or a weightwatchers weigh in LOL.  Remember to love yourself this week - it's TRULY the most important thing!! xx

Feet! Our feet keep us grounded and also help move us forward – with the healing that I do I see so many people who are STUCK – the big focus this week was therefore on our feet!

New this week:

Eyes & Confidence!

Our eyes are so important to us - there was a lot of healing sent directly to them, lifting the veil on true vs our perceptions - healing was also sent to your third eye found in the place between our human eyes.  We also worked on courage to move forward in our lives, I saw fire in your bellies and a lion like energy come in to help you move forward with confidence and ease - make the most of it this week and get things done!

Over the following few days/week

There was, again, a lot cleared this week so you may feel sleepy - that's ok! you may or may not have felt anything - just allow the changes to take place - if you can't feel anything don't worry!!
