Last week we focused on your jaw area; this is where we store a lot of tension and can cause us quite a few problems if we don’t let the tension go!  Release and let go!

 

New this week:

Grounding + thyroid

As we’re nearing the end of 2016 which is a 9 year (2+0+1+6=9) we’re clearing away a lot of the old crap and making way for new beginnings. There has been a lot of rocky energy around making us uneasy, sometimes fiery and snappy. The healing was focused around keeping us grounded and I also did some healing around our thyroid … I’ve discovered recently that a lot of us have thyroid conditions in NZ because of the lack of iodine in our soil – interesting huh!  And, for those outside of NZ it will certainly help you to!

 

Over the following few days/week

There was, again, a lot cleared this week so you may feel sleepy - that's ok! you may or may not have felt anything - just allow the changes to take place - if you can't feel anything don't worry!!
