Oh my goodness - I went LIVE on facebook - how freaky was that... guess there's a first time for everything and I actually had heaps of fun!   

Every week we cover:

  Root Chakra
  Represents our foundation and feelings of being grounded.
  Located: Base of spine in tailbone area.
  Emotion: Survival issues such as financial independence, money and food.
  Colour: Red
   
  Sacral Chakra
  Our connection and ability to accept others and new experiences.
  Located: Lower abdomen, about two inches below the navel and two inches in.
  Emotion: Sense of abundance, well-being, pleasure and sexuality.
  Colour: Orange
   
  Solar Plexus Chakra
  Our ability to be confident and in control of our lives.
  Located: Upper abdomen in the stomach area.
  Emotion: Self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem.
  Colour: Yellow
   
  Heart Chakra
  Our ability to love.
  Location: Center of chest just above the heart.
  Emotion: Love, joy and inner peace.
  Colour: Green or Pink
   
  Throat Chakra
  Our ability to communicate.
  Located: Throat.
  Emotion: Communication, self-expression of feelings and the truth.
  Colour: Blue
   
  Third Eye Chakra
  Our ability to focus on and see the big picture.
  Located: Forehead between the eyes.
  Emotion: Intuition, imagination, wisdom and the ability to think and make decisions.
  Colour: Indigo
   
  Crown Chakra
  The highest chakra represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually.
  Located: The very top of the head.
  Emotion: Inner and outer beauty, our connection to spirituality and pure bliss.
  Colour: Violet

Top up / strengthening from last week:

Last week we focused on Grounding + thyroid. As we’re nearing the end of 2016 which is a 9 year (2+0+1+6=9) we’re clearing away a lot of the old crap and making way for new beginnings. There has been a lot of rocky energy around making us uneasy, sometimes fiery and snappy. The healing was focused around keeping us grounded and I also did some healing around our thyroid.

New this week:

Our back is what holds us up - if it's not functioning properly then we can be really out of whack. This is also where I see stored anger too.

Over the following few days/week

There was, again, a lot cleared this week so you may feel sleepy - that's ok! you may or may not have felt anything - just allow the changes to take place - if you can't feel anything don't worry!!
