I can already feel my stomach churning and bringing up emotions from deep within or where I’ve been on the end of deceit, where I’ve been deceitful and also where I’ve been deceiving myself! There are SOOO many emotions tied up with this one and a lot of focus physically around the gut area. You may also feel things like depression, boredom, scattered thinking, conflict, confusion and a whole lot more. When someone or something is being a pain we quite often feel it in the neck – hence the term ‘pain in the neck’. Quite literally though, our bodies are actually trying to tell us ‘hey… you need to deal with the emotions around x thing or person’ and, once you do take the time to deal with it you very often start to feel better!  It’s quite incredible how our bodies work!
