Weekly energy healing & block clearing

28 July 2016 - Energy Healing and Block Clearing subscription  So many people I've talked with over the last week have been feeling like they're on the verge of a breakthrough however, everything leading up to the breakthrough is feeling scary, hard and like it will never happen! The cosmic energy around at the moment is supporting us in letting go of our past, our old patterns and behaviours and tonight's energy clearing is going to give you an even bigger helping hand! I'll be clearing the blocks and beliefs around your current state of progress - for a lot it's very heavy energy!So, to begin.... we covered in this order:Fear was releasedTrust washed through everyone - it felt important to strip away the negative emotions and replace it with trust. This is trust in the Universe, trust in our higher selves, trust in whichever entity you believe in - just an inner knowing that everything will be ok!  It felt like a wave of calmness descending.This was followed closely by self love and the head/heart connection was strengthened.A Chakra balance was next - starting with the base (root chakra) tonight - red, orange and through the rainbow to purple. Want to know more about chakras?  Root ChakraRepresents our foundation and feelings of being grounded.Located: Base of spine in tailbone area.Emotion: Survival issues such as financial independence, money and food.Colour: Red Sacral ChakraOur connection and ability to accept others and new experiences.Located: Lower abdomen, about two inches below the navel and two inches in.Emotion: Sense of abundance, well-being, pleasure and sexuality.Colour: Orange Solar Plexus ChakraOur ability to be confident and in control of our lives.Located: Upper abdomen in the stomach area.Emotion: Self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem.Colour: Yellow Heart ChakraOur ability to love.Location: Center of chest just above the heart.Emotion: Love, joy and inner peace.Colour: Green or Pink Throat ChakraOur ability to communicate.Located: Throat.Emotion: Communication, self-expression of feelings and the truth.Colour: Blue Third Eye ChakraOur ability to focus on and see the big picture.Located: Forehead between the eyes.Emotion: Intuition, imagination, wisdom and the ability to think and make decisions.Colour: Indigo Crown ChakraThe highest chakra represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually.Located: The very top of the head.Emotion: Inner and outer beauty, our connection to spirituality and pure bliss.Colour: Violet Strengthening from last weeks MONEY clearing and abundanceThe big one tonight- It was really amazing to see. I saw everyone rise above and take ownership of their power. 21 July 2016 - Energy Healing and Block Clearing subscription  It's really interesting that money is the big one tonight - every week we work on your abundance centres to bring in more abundance of 'everything' into your life. This one is different because it's solely focused on money and the links and beliefs around it.We covered in this order:It was straight to self worth tonight - this is linked with how much money we allow into our lives - what we believe we can have.A wash of love then encased everyone - beautifulThen, straight to the money centre and to beliefs and cords attached to money - things we've picked up since childhood and past lives.A wave of calm and inner peace then took over and allowed trust to wash over - trusting that our needs and wants will be met so long as we believe and allow it to be so. Chakra clearing (every week) - special attention taken with the solar plexus / yellow chakra - it's located around the navel area and "it is a source of personal power and governs self-esteem, warrior energy, and the power of transformation". 7th July 2016 - Energy Healing and Block Clearing subscriptionSaw every one in a circle this week - very cool - everyones energy working together.This is what was cleared, balanced or enhanced this week and in this order...Started with clarity this week - this was our big one from last week and was strengthened this week.Life purpose & inner knowing was next - this is a big one! 16 June 2016 - Energy Healing and Block Clearing subscription  Soooo fantastic to have so many of you on board! Tonight was another VERY powerful session.We covered in this order:strengthen and protection of personal space / aura (every week)stored anger released (NEW THIS WEEK)chakra cleanse - started with violet (crown) this week through to red (base) (every week)head heart connection strengthened (every week)heart balance and expansion (every week)some karmic links were cut where needed (didn't get individual names)- abundance strengthening and connection to head / heart - wow, this looked amazing!!! (every week)self worth was strengthened from last weekinner peace - saw an hour glass in each of you - marking time and things to do etc. Saw these disappearing and/or fading. Saw calmness descend - like a ice blue washpeacefulness and calm - (NEW THIS WEEK)after the inner peace anxiety came up for a few people so I've done a little work on anxiety too!
