What is Energy Healing?

We're all made of energy.
Every single bit of us is energy.
Energy has negative and positive charges.

Your energy is always attracting other energy towards it. 

What you attract is the same vibration as what you're putting out. If you put out negative energy, thoughts & feelings (often through beliefs from conditioning, trauma & patterns), that's what you'll attract right back. And, if you vibrate positive energy (beliefs, patterns, etc.), you'll attract positive outcomes.

What will you feel?

During the sessions:
Depending on your sensitivities, you may feel the energy moving through you during the healing. You may also not feel anything particular, but you should feel lighter. Your vibrations will be lifted into higher frequencies - so you can navigate your journey easier.

After the sessions:
You may notice instant changes, but often, things will subtly change over the coming weeks and months. Often, it isn't until much later that you realise things have changed a lot. Why is this? It's because you change, and the new way becomes your new normal - it doesn't take effort or willpower and therefore feels natural.

How long will the healing be?

The healings range in length. Some are super short, and the majority are around 45-55mins.

The healings will continue to work with you for days and weeks afterwards!

I woke up this morning with a nasty eye infection. I had a Dr’s appointment after being the group healing, and by the time I went to collect the prescription, it was significantly better!

I am definitely feeling more relaxed and way less of those overwhelming emotions from yesterday. It's more tears of happiness today than tears of sadness! I just want to give you a hug!
