If you're awake at 2am replaying the crash...
If your body jumps every time a car brakes near you...
If you keep seeing that split second on loop...
You're not broken.
Your system is stuck in a moment that's already over.
And no, you don't need five years of therapy to fix it.
When something traumatic happens fast (car accident, medical emergency, physical assault, sudden impact) your system doesn't have time to process it.
Your brain records everything in hyper-detail. Your body floods with adrenaline. Time slows down.
And then... nothing. The moment ends. But the energy doesn't discharge.
So your nervous system stays there.
This is what that looks like:
People call this PTSD.
I call it an unfinished stress cycle.
And when it's a single incident (one clear moment), it often clears fast. Not always. But often.
You've probably already told the story.
Maybe to a therapist. Maybe to friends. Maybe to yourself at 3am.
And you still feel it.
Because talking about trauma and clearing trauma are two different things.
Talking can help you understand what happened. But it doesn't always release the energetic charge your body is holding.
That's where this work comes in.
I work online. Via Zoom.
And I prefer it that way. When I'm not physically in the room, I'm not picking up your field. I can go straight to what needs to shift.
Here's what happens in a session:
You tell me what happened. Just the first detail that comes to mind.
I track where the trauma is still active in your system.
clear the energetic charge attached to that moment.
We keep going until there's nothing left to clear.
Most people think the trauma is just the accident itself. But there are usually layers underneath.
An earlier shock. An unprocessed emotion. Something your system stacked beneath the obvious trauma.
Once the top layer clears, the rest surfaces naturally.
We keep clearing until the memory feels distant, the emotional charge is gone, your body stops reacting, and you can't access the intensity anymore (even when you try).
You'll still remember what happened.
But it'll feel like it happened to you in the past. Not like it's still happening now.
A woman came to me a year after a car accident.
She'd been in the passenger seat when a metal rod flew off a truck and smashed through the windscreen.
,For a year, she hadn't slept properly. Every night she woke at the exact moment of impact.
We cleared the accident itself. Then we cleared the layers underneath. Older shocks her system had been carrying for years, now fused to this one moment.
That night, she slept.
And she's slept since.
She can recall the event now without her body reliving it.
That's the difference between remembering something and being trapped inside it.
This work is especially effective for:
It's for people who:
This isn't talk therapy.
It isn't generic energy work.
It's precise trauma clearing.
Single-incident trauma often behaves like a contained imprint. One moment. One charge.
When you access it properly and discharge the energy, the nervous system recalibrates.
Many people experience significant relief in one session.
I don't guarantee outcomes. No one ethical does.
But I haven't yet encountered a single-incident trauma that didn't shift when cleared properly.
Healing disclaimer: I am not a medical professional and do not claim to be one. I cannot diagnose. It is my personal opinion energy healing should be used alongside traditional medicine.
