There's something beautiful I watch unfold with clients. Ideas arrive. Quiet inklings. Little whispers of what wants to come next. Not loud, dramatic revelations, but gentle seeds being planted in the background of their lives.
Some people notice a pull towards something creative they put aside years ago. Others feel drawn to study something new, or shift direction in their work, or finally act on an idea that's been sitting quietly at the back of their mind.
It doesn't always make perfect sense. But there's a feeling. A quiet excitement that says, "Yes. This."
The tricky thing about seeds is that they don't announce themselves. They arrive as curiosity. As a thought that keeps returning. As something you find yourself researching late at night for no particular reason. As a conversation that lights you up in a way you weren't expecting.
You might dismiss them as random ideas, or distractions, or things you'll think about later. But if they keep coming back, they're not random. They're information.
The invitation isn't to have it all figured out. It's just to notice what's arriving and give it space.
Watering seeds is not the same as yanking them out of the ground to check if they're growing yet.
Inspired action feels light. It feels easy, even when it takes work. It comes from curiosity, excitement, a real desire to explore.
Effortful striving feels heavy. It's the energy of "I need to know exactly how this will work before I take the first step." It's the need to control the outcome and see the whole path laid out.
Seeds don't work that way. You plant it. You water it. You give it sunlight. You trust that it knows how to grow.
So take the small, easy actions that feel aligned.
You don't need to know how it's all going to happen. You just need to hold the vision and take the next step.
The how reveals itself in stages. You take one step and the next becomes visible. You follow one thread and another appears.
If you stand at the beginning and demand to see the entire path before you move, you'll stay stuck.
The vision doesn't need to be perfectly clear yet. It just needs to feel true. This is where synchronicities start to appear. The right people and the right opportunities show up, not because you forced them, but because you were moving in line with something real.
A tiny seed holds the entire tree within it. It doesn't need to be convinced or managed or controlled. It just needs the right conditions.
If something has been quietly growing in you, trust it. If a direction feels exciting even though you can't see the end result yet, move towards it anyway.
You don't need to know how it's all going to happen. You just need to begin.
You've done the healing and the job, relationship or business is still getting harder. Is there more to heal, or is it time to go? How to tell.
People often wonder if healing can work when they're not in the room with me. It does, and sometimes better. Here's why, in my clients' words.
I went to see Hayley about a topic close to my heart, I wanted to know all about my love life - or lack thereof. As a 34 year who hasn’t been in a ‘real’ committed relationship for over 10 years ...
